Nilufar joined AMC in June 2016. She has over 12 years of diverse institutional experience working at both IFC and IBRD.

Nilufar holds a BA in Economics from Tashkent State University of Economics in Uzbekistan, and an MA in English Language and Literature from Uzbek State University of World Languages.

Mao joined AMC in June 2016 as Senior Counsel with the Legal team. Prior to joining AMC, Mao was of counsel at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP in Beijing, representing venture capital and private equity investors in their investment transactions, as well as startups and emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.

Prior to joining AMC in 2011, Mona was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP in London advising institutional and boutique sponsors of private equity investment funds in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America, including leveraged buyout funds, emerging markets funds, fund of funds and mezzanine funds.

Mona holds a BA in political science and history from Virginia Tech, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a JD from the University of Virginia.
