Claire Medina has been part of the AMC Team since January 2010.  Claire joined the World Bank Group in 1993 as a bilingual assistant with the Global Environment Facility before moving to the International Finance Corporation where she worked in diverse areas: Sub-Saharan Africa, Office of the Executive Vice President, Private Equity Funds, Environment & Social Sustainability, and Business Advisory Services.  Prior to this, Claire worked in the marketing department of Colgate Palmolive France.

Fiona joined the AMC in 2009.  She has over 20 years’ global experience focused on HR strategies including, recruitment, mobility, performance management, pay and rewards, leadership development and training in the U.S. Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific.  Fiona previously worked with the HR team at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and law firms in the US and UK.

Fiona is a graduate from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Prior to joining AMC in 2016, Igor held several administrative positions across the World Bank Group including Corporate Planning and Analysis, Office of the Managing Director and World Bank Group CFO, and IBRD Corporate Finance. Igor has more than 19 years in various administrative roles including 4 years as an interpretor/translator in The British Council, World Bank Country Office in Serbia and EC Harris.

Igor attended The Faculty of Philology at University of Belgrade.

Ramita joined AMC in October 2015. Prior to joining AMC, Ramita led the Program Management Office for the Finance IT unit within the World Bank Group Information Technology Solutions VPU. In this role, she oversaw technology strategy development, program and project management, IT governance, and client relationship management to ensure full alignment of business and IT priorities in the finance domain. Ramita also spent 10 years developing Finance IT solutions in SAP.

Ruth is the Head of IFC Asset Management Company (AMC) and IFC Vice President, Equity Mobilization Division. She joined AMC at the start of its operations in 2009, and has been involved in all aspects of the business including investment decision making, investor relations, operations management, and fundraising. She chairs the investment committees for all funds.
