Wahid is the Founder & Chairman of INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION Group (LLC & LTD.). He Founded ICDA at the start of it’s operations in 2017, and has been involved in all aspects of the business including investment decision making, investor relations, operations management and fundraising. He chairs the investment committees for all funds. Before founded ICDA, Wahid spent more time at financial sectors, including roles in private equity, investment banking, debt and equity capital markets. Wahid is a Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TOPKAPI LIMITED’ private limited company.

Previously, Musa was a senior manager and adviser, whose business life has been continuing since 1995. Belarica Pedro Mussane
President, Mozambique
Belarica joined ICDA in 2025 as a Head & President with the INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (ICDA GROUP). In additionally, She is a qualified Linguistic engaged in political studies and Nature Conservation with 33 years of experience working in sustainable development, particularly in rural areas. She have had the opportunity of working in four different countries in Southern Africa with extensive consultation and stakeholder engagement and travel to the rest of SADC countries and beyond including overseas. During 1984 and post 1st democratic system implanted in Mozambique. She was appointed by two ministers to form part of separate teams that were commissioned to undertake due diligence to ensure the smooth privatization of non-core state assets such as hotels and other retail outlets that were previously owned by the state. She was also part of a team that worked on consolidating different Water Ministries of the then community villages into one Water Affairs. She was instrumental in the initial implementation of CPPP (Community Public Private Partnerships) program of the Department of Trade and Industry (MICi) and the Development microfinance’s community Bank of Southern Africa (CCMF)-Caixa Comunitária de Microfinanças. On its inception, CCMF identified five operational divisions: agribusiness; agro-biodiversity and environment; community tourism and heritage; small scale and artisanal mining; aquaculture and fishing. She initially developed an internal document to entrepreneurs which explained the programs’ strategic thrust within the value chain and Mozambique small business development imperatives. It was on the bases of my motivation as well as other consultations undertaken that she was able to determine, from a better informed position, the market segment in which to focus the program. She have also had the opportunity of being the first practitioner to start the UNDP environment project called LIFE – Local Initiative Facility for Urban Environment in Mozambique with Sullab. A World Bank Funded Indian Government-undertake entity Most of the programs and projects She have been involved with in the past have a significant amount of resource mobilization from stakeholders and partners to ensure sustainability and growth of the programs. As a result she believe she have matured and developed more insight in the areas of communication, networking and operating within a team environment. She currently command a substantial budget and also leverage for more finance and other resource through partnerships with other stakeholders that are entered into through MOU’s and JV’s.
